Follow these steps:

  • CLICK on “I need more help” button and write to us
  • FILL the required details
  • MENTION ‘Transfer closing balance amount through NEFT to my other bank account’ in the Query/Feedback text box 
  • ATTACH a JPEG/PDF (maximum size allowed 5 MB) of your
    • PAN card
    • Aadhar card, and
    • Cancelled cheque of your existing account with the other bank for NEFT
  • CLICK on Submit
    We will process your request in up to 7 working days after checking the DD status in our records.


Remember:

  • Only 1 attachment is permitted. Multiple files can be added to and uploaded as one file.
  • Account holder's name in the other bank for NEFT should be the same as that in Kotak.
