In case of account closure, how will the balance of my 811 account be remitted to me?

811 Limited KYC Account:

If you have not completed the Full KYC of your account within the stipulated time period, the account will be closed. Once closed, the balance amount will be sent to your registered address via Demand draft within 30 days after the closure of your account.

811 Lite Account:

The balance in your Kotak811 Lite account can be utilised for utility bill payments, however, you will not be able to top up the balance in your account since credit freeze will be applicable.
