You can avoid an unforeseen closure of your account by completing Full KYC for your Kotak811 account within 12 months from the date of account opening. Completing Full KYC would upgrade your account to a Full KYC Kotak811 savings account, which comes with unlimited validity.

Using the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App, you can book an appointment with an Kotak811 officer or visit your nearest Kotak Mahindra branch to complete Full KYC.

Visit the Kotak811 section on the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Go to 'Verify your a/c'
Tap on 'Book appointment'
A customer support executive will call you to confirm the time and your address before the visit.
