Corporate Linked Business helps Kotak achieve its objective of increasing its wallet share by covering the entire supply chain of the corporate customer. The objective is to offer Structured Working Capital Products to vendors and dealers of corporates by deriving credit comfort and support and help make both sides of their supply-chain more efficient in terms of cost and operations.

It focuses on provide structured solutions to organisations to manage the working capital cycle by offering side funding at competitive pricing. The product offerings include Sales Invoice Finance, Sales Bill Discounting, to name a few.

A unique product offering, PO funding, where we fund the vendors basis purchase order issued by the corporate. It allows liquidity to the vendor at the time of raw material procurement thus improving their working capital while the corporate makes payments post receiving ordered goods.
Factoring: The product offering is unique and is not qualified as debt and hence does not reflect in the balance sheet of either corporate or vendor. Further we request minimum KYC documents from the Vendors thus ensuring that the on-boarding process of the vendor is seamless and easy to scale.
We offer customised long term funding to the vendors of the corporate, the proposition offers liquidity to the vendors to meet their long term funding requirement. We also offer funding to the dealers by taking comfort from the corporates. The product offers flexibility to the Corporate of drawing the funds from the dealers as well as provides easy funding to the dealers.

Our state-of-the-art IT platform ensures online data flow from the corporate to the Kotak with flexibility of customisation depending upon the requirements of the corporate.
