How to open an Individual Current Account Online?

For opening an Individual Current Account online, you should have your Aadhaar card and original PAN card handy. Also, the Aadhaar-linked mobile number must be with you. After submitting the Personal details, the Customer Relationship Number and the Account Number of the individual will be generated. If you need any assistance during the journey, you can tap the 'chat with us' icon and a representative will be assigned to guide you.

How to open a Sole Prop. Current Account Online?

To open a Sole Prop. Current Account online, you should have the documents mentioned in the "documents required" section. After submitting the personal and business details, the Customer Relationship Number and the Account Number will be generated. If you need assistance during the journey, you can tap the 'chat with us' icon and a representative will be assigned to guide you.

What will be the charges to open a Current Account?

There are no charges to open a Current Account. However, you would be charged for the services you enjoy in the Current Account variant selected by you. You can view the wide array of Current Account variants and their charges by clicking here

What happens if I drop out during the account opening journey? Can I save and continue the journey later?

The details of your Current Account application will be saved if the basic details are submitted, and if you have given the one-time password (OTP) during mobile verification. If you drop out and resume your journey later, you can continue from where you left off after providing the basic details and the OTP.

The Video KYC must be completed within five days of account creation. If you do not complete your Video KYC within 5 days of account creation a bank executive will get in touch with you for assisting your Current Account opening process.

If I am not comfortable opening a Current Account online, how can I apply for a Current Account?

You can select the 'Request a call back' option, and a bank representative will contact you to process your Current Account application.

Can I operate the Account immediately after getting the Account Number?

You'll receive your Account Number after submitting all the mandatory details, but the account can only be used for transactions after successful Video based KYC and in-person verification.
