You can use your Kotak Konnect Card for payment at any of the 800,000+merchant establishments across India, where RuPay cards are acceptable.

Do I need to keep a minimum balance on the card?

No minimum balance is required. You can access and use the entire amount available on your card.

Can my card be used for purchases outside India?

No. Your card cannot be used for purchases outside India. It is also not valid for payment in foreign exchange in Nepal and Bhutan It is valid for use only in India, and for payments made in Indian Rupees.

Can my card be used for online purchases?

Yes. Card can be used for online purchase at merchants certified by Rupay and Mastercard.

How do I check the balance on my card?

You can call on 18002100130 and speak to our customer service executives. Moreover, after every payment you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number informing you about the amount spent, and the available balance.
