If I have to modify my Recurring Payment, by when should I do it?

You will receive a notification SMS/ Email from Bank 24 hours prior to the debit of the amount. You may click on the link received in the SMS/ Email & modify the amount, end date or cancel the subscription as per your requirement.

What is the maximum amount I can set for Recurring Payments?

After registration via OTP, you can set standing instruction for a fixed value or a variable value. Although automatic debit up to a maximum of ₹ 15000 will not require OTP. 

However, any subscriptions / Recurring Payments above ₹ 15000 will have to be approved with an OTP.

How to authenticate a recurring payment amounting to ₹ 15000 above?

You will receive a notification SMS/ Email from Bank 24 hours prior to the debit of the amount. 

You need to click on the link received in the SMS/ Email & approve the subscription/ recurring payment amount which is greater than ₹ 15000.

Is there any limitation on the maximum number of merchants which can be added to my Subscription/ Recurring Payments?

There is no limitation on maximum number of merchants that can be added. Multiple subscriptions/ Recurring Payments can be made from your Credit/ Debit Card up to the availability of Credit/ Debit limit. 

 

What will happen if I do not have sufficient balance in my account/available limit on my Credit Card for successful payment?

In case you do not have sufficient balance in your account/ available limit on your Credit Card, the transaction will be declined & services will be stopped for the current month. 

 

You will be notified about the next payment as per the frequency selected by you at the merchant website.
