Net Banking

If you’re registered for Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Net Banking facility, you can transfer the Credit Card bill amount from your Savings or Current Account to the Credit Card account, online.

Here’s how you can pay your Credit Card bill with NEFT:

  • Log in to Kotak Net Banking
  • Select ‘Credit Card’ option from the Home Page
  • Select ‘Payments”
  • Click on ‘Make Payment’ Option

WebPAY

Experience simple, hassle-free Credit Card bill payments with WebPAY. This service allows you to pay your Credit Cards bills online from any* of your non-Kotak Mahindra Bank Savings Accounts, be it from your home or office.

Here’s how you can pay your Credit Card bills with WebPAY:

  • Provide your Kotak Credit Card payment details
  • Select your savings account bank from the dropdown list
  • Confirm payment
  • Receive online confirmation and Transaction Reference Number


Please Note: Your Kotak Credit Card account would be credited with the amount authorised by you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), for all payments made through WebPAY.

NEFT

Keeping in line with our dedication to providing Kotak Credit Cardholders with the most convenient bill payment experience, we’ve now added NEFT channel as another option for them. The National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) system is a nation-wide funds transfer system to facilitate transfer of funds from any bank branch to any other bank branch.

Here how you can pay your Credit Card bills with NEFT:

  • Log on to your non-Kotak Bank net banking website
  • Select Funds Transfer/NEFT
  • Register for payment to Kotak Credit Cards
  • Enter details


Here are the details you will need to enter:

  1. Payee name -4166xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Customer Name
  2. Select Account Type - 52 for NEFT
  3. Select Location City - Mumbai
  4. Select Destination Bank – Kotak Bank
  5. Bank Address – Main Branch Mumbai
  6. IFSC Code – KKBK0000958
  7. Update Payee Account Number - 4166xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (Provide your correct 16-digit Kotak Credit Card Number)

IMPS

Here's how you can pay your Credit Card bill with IMPS:

  • Download the Mobile Banking Application provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank. You can view the participating banks live on IMPS merchant payment click hereExample: If you are Kotak Mahindra Bank Account Holder - Download from app.kotak.com. Once downloaded, you need to generate the MPIN and activate the App. For complete guide regarding registration and activation, please click here
  • Open the Mobile Application & login to Mobile Banking
  • Click on "Banking"
  • A separate link for IMPS will be available
  • Click on "IMPS" and then select Merchant Payment
  • Enter the debit Bank Account number under Source Account: xxxxxxxxxxx
  • Enter this number as Merchant Mobile Number for Kotak Credit Cards: 9833336633
  • Enter this Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) for Kotak Credit Cards: 9485633
  • Enter the Amount (INR) that you wish to pay: xxxx.xx
  • Enter your Kotak Credit card Number under Payment Reference Number field: 4166 xxx xxx xxx xxx
  • Select 'Go'
  • You will receive the transaction confirmation on your handset screen
  • Click on 'Confirm'
  • Transaction details will be displayed on your handset post confirmation
  • You will receive an SMS on the transaction done
  • Your Kotak Credit Card Account would be credited with the amount authorized by you within 24 hours

Auto Debit

Never forget to clear you Credit Card bills on time again with the Auto Debit option.

If you have an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, you can instruct us to automatically debit your bank account with either the Minimum Amount Due or Total Amount Due of your monthly outstanding on your Credit Card.

VISA Payment

You can pay your monthly Kotak Credit Card bill by transferring money from your VISA Debit Card. To take advantage of this convenient and secure facility, all you need to do is log on to your bank’s net-banking service and register your Kotak Credit Card for VISA Credit Card Payment. That’s it.

You can then start using VISA Credit Card Payment to make your Kotak Credit Card bill payments whenever you want.

Please note that the transfer will typically be reflected in 2-3 working days. 

Phone Banking

Here’s how you can pay your Credit Card bill through Phone Banking:

  • Contact Kotak Customer Service
  • Select Banking Option from the menu
  • Place a request with the executive to transfer the amount
    from your Kotak Savings or Current Account to your Kotak Credit Card Account

Cheque Payment

You can drop a local cheque, payable to Kotak Mahindra Bank Card A/C, followed by your 16-digit Credit Card Number, at any one of your drop boxes located in ATMs and branches.
