How to apply for FASTag?

Steps on how to apply online for Kotak FASTag for Personal Vehicles (Car/Jeep/VAN)(VC4)

(If you are an existing Kotak FASTag customer, you need to place a request from ‘Add Tag’ feature on your Customer Portal login for any subsequent tag purchase )

How to Apply for Kotak FASTag (Existing Customers)

Visit: www.kotak.com/fastag and click on Apply now & select Personal Vehicle and proceed to start registration
Enter your (CRN) Customer Relationship Number
Generate & Input OTP (One Time Password) received on your registered mobile number.
Enter your Vehicle Number (You can apply for maximum of 5 vehicles by clicking on Add More Vehicles)
Verify your details and make payment via UPI/ DC/CC/Net Banking to complete registration.

How to Apply for Kotak FASTag (New Customers)

Visit: www.kotak.com/fastag and click on Apply now & select Personal Vehicle and proceed to start registration
Enter your Mobile Number & OTP (One Time Password) received on your mobile no.
Enter your KYC details: Name, DOB, PAN. Validate your PAN.
Enter your Address details. Select Address/ID Proof (Voter ID/ Driving License/Passport) and enter the number.
Enter your Vehicle Number (You can apply for maximum of 5 vehicles by clicking on Add More Vehicles)
Verify your details and make the payment via UPI/ DC/CC/Net Banking to complete registration.
