How does the Priority Pass work at the airport lounge?
Look around for the followings:
- Look for the Priority Pass signage/logo
- Present your Priority Pass to the lounge personnel
- The Priority Pass will be swiped through a terminal and a slip will be given to you
- You will have to sign the slip, give one copy to the lounge personnel and retain the other copy with you

What are the guest charges if I want to take somebody else with me to the airport lounge?
Your Priority Pass enables you to invite guests to the lounge. The guest visit will be charged to your Kotak account. Guests are charged USD 27 per visit.

Priority Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please inform us if you want to renew the same.

What should I do if my Priority Pass is lost or damaged?
Immediately call Kotak Mahindra Bank 24-hour Customer Contact Centre at 1860 266 2666 and report the loss of your Priority Pass.

Do I have to pay to access the lounge with Priority Pass?
Lounge access charges will be applicable to the primary card holder and their accompanying guest.
