- You will receive your welcome kit 1 within 3 working days and Welcome Kit 2 within 30 working days after your loan disbursement.
- Welcome Kit 1 will have – Welcome Letter, Authorized Cash flows, Repayment Schedule and BCSBI Code
- Welcome Kit 2 will Have Loan agreement and Sanction Letter
If in case you have not received your Welcome Kit or need a duplicate Welcome Kit, you can request via below channels,
