Project Manager – IT Applications (Regulatory Reporting)

Job Responsibilities

Executing IT initiatives for Business software selection, implementation, roll-out & support
Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
Having domain knowledge about banking and financial services
Responsible for GRC related IT initiatives (RBI ADF, CIMS, NPA etc.)
Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business
Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes.
Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.
Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.
Participate actively in solution designing and system interface testing
Should be experiences in data base administration and query tuning and optimization activity
Should have experience of working on AIX,RHEL and Windows operating systems

Job requirements
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

Experience in handling a similar role
Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services
Should have a sound knowledge of RDBMS databases
Good Project Management Skills
Good Exposure to Risk Management initiatives
Experience to manage systems related to RBI ADF, CIMS & NPA Reporting
Good Vendor Management Skills
Good Communication Skills
Good Negotiating Skills
Good Knowledge of ETL concepts

Technical Skills

Web Based Technologies – JSP and .NET preferably
RDBMS Technologies – Oracle 11g / 12 c
Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge of Project Management Methodology like PMI
Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
ETL Technologies : Informatica 9.1.0 & above

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
