What if I don’t remember my loan account number?

You can fetch loan account number also trhough CRN.

How do I pay my multiple loan account EMI?

On entering CRN, all loan account linked to Borrower's CRN will be displayed. You need to enter amount against each loan account.

Can I make EMI payment to my multiple Kotak Mahindra Bank loan account through my loan account number?

Yes. All loan account linked to Borrower's CRN will be made available for making payment. You need to enter amount against each loan account..

How will I know that the payment is made successfully?

Post every successful transaction; you will get a success message along with a valid transaction ID. If transaction ID is not received immediately after completion of transaction you are advised to check your bank account balance..

Will I receive physical receipt post online loan EMI payment?

No. You will get transaction number on the screen upon successful completion of your transaction.

When can I know my payment status in my loan account?

Credit shall reflect in 4 working days.

Can I make payments against foreclosures, advance EMI and charges related to my EMI outstanding?

No. You can make payments only against EMI.

What if I made an excess payment for the same loan number?

Refund can be obtained by giving a written request to any of the Commercial Asset Branch or alternatively you can call our Customer Care (Toll Free Number 1800 209 5600) between Monday to Saturday from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. and register a request to refund the excess amount. In case no request received for claiming refund before due date then the same will be adjusted against next instalment
