1. This program is valid only for a select set of Kotak Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder") who have received this written communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank"). Bank reserves the right to offer this program to any of its Cardholders at its sole discretion.
  2. To be eligible for the program, Cardholders need to spend the target amount within the program period and also pay at least the "Minimum Amount Due" before the Payment Due Date as per the Card Account Statements issued during the program period and also immediately after the program period.
  3. The target amount and maximum number of ticket that can be availed in a year for each Card variant is as follows:

  4. The program period is detailed as below:
    • For Aqua and Fortune Cardholders existing as on 31st March '11, the 1st program period will be from 1st April '11 to 31st March '12, 2nd program period will be from 1st April '12 to 31st March '13 and so on.
    • For League Cardholders existing as on 31st March '11, 1st program period will be from 1st April '11 to 30th September '11, 2nd program period will be from 1st October '11 to 31st March '12, 3rd program period will be from 1st April '12 to 30th September 12 and so on.
    • For Aqua and Fortune Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st March '11the validity of the program will be for 13 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 12 months for the program periods after the 1st program period E.g. If the Cardholder's card is set up in the month of October 12, the 1st program period will be from October 12 to 31st October 2013, 2nd program period will be from 1st Nov 2013 to 31st Oct '14 and so on.
    • For League Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st March '11 the validity of the program will be for 7 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 6 months for the program periods after the 1st program period. E.g. If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of October 12 ,then the 1st program period will be from October 2012 to 30th April 2013, 2nd program period will be from 1st May 2013 to 31st Oct '13 and so on.
    • For Urbane Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st Dec'10 - the validity of the offer will be for 13 months including the card set-up month per the Bank for the 1st offer period and 12 months for the offer periods after the 1st offer period .E.g. If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of Jan'11, his 1st offer period will be from Jan '11 to 31st Jan'12, 2nd offer period will be from 1st Feb 2012 to 31st Jan 2013 and so on.
    • For Velocity Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st Dec'10 the validity of the program will be for 7 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 6 months for the program periods after the 1st program period E.g. If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of October 12 ,then the 1st program period will be from October 2012 to 30th April 2013, 2nd program period will be from 1st May 2013 to 31st Oct '13 and so on.
    • For Delight Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st Jan'12 the validity of the program will be for 7 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 6 months for the program periods after the 1st program period E.g. If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of Jan ,13 ,then the 1st program period will be from January, 2013 to 31st July 2013, 2nd program period will be from 1st August 2013 to 31st Jan '13 and so on
    • For Silk Inspire Cardholders whose card has been issued on or after June'15 the validity of the program period will be for 7 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 6 months for the program periods after the 1st program period. E.g If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of June'15, then the 1st program period will be from June 2015 to 31st December 2015, 2nd program period will be from 1st January 2016 to 31st June 2016 and so on.
    • For Essentia Cardholders whose card has been issued after 31st Jan'12 the validity of the program will be for 7 months including the card set-up month as per the Bank for the 1st program period and 6 months for the program periods after the 1st program period E.g. If the Cardholders' card is set up in the month of Jan ,13 ,then the 1st program period will be from January, 2013 to 31st July 2013, 2nd program period will be from 1st August 2013 to 31st Jan '13 and so on
  5. The milestone program is valid for retail transactions only. Cash transactions, Personal Loan on cards & Balance Transfer transactions are not eligible. Transactions which are reversed or cancelled will not be considered.
  6. Cardholders who have met the eligibility criteria and spent at least the target amount can claim their PVR ticket E voucher codes /Reward Points/ Cash, by visiting www.kotak.com and login to net banking only after the applicable program period gets over. Eligible Cardholders should claim the PVR Tickets/Reward points / Cash within 3 months after the applicable program period gets over. Cardholders shall receive their PVR ticket E voucher codes / Reward Points / Cash Back Information via email on their registered email ids only on making the claim. Reward Points /Cash Back will be credited in next billing cycle.
  7. In case the Cardholder informs the Bank that he has not received the PVR ticket E voucher codes the same PVR ticket E voucher code will be resent once after the Cardholder updates his correct Email ID in Bank records. Bank will send the same PVR ticket E voucher code and will not issue any new PVR ticket E voucher code/ or issue any fresh Reward Points again irrespective of the fact that the PVR ticket E voucher code/ Reward Points have been used or not after being sent the first time to the Cardholder's registered email id. In case a Cardholder informs the Bank that he has not received the Reward Points or Cashback as the case may be, he shall immediately contact the Customer Contact Centre. The customer can at any time after the program period check his claim history updated on his net banking.
  8. The PVR ticket E voucher codes can only be used online at www.pvrcinemas.com to book a free PVR ticket which is subject to availability. The Cardholder has to first select the City, Movie, Cinema (Except Director's Cut, PVR IMAX, PVR Opulent & PVR Mahagun), Show Timings and Seats (except Gold & EUROPA) to book the tickets. The cardholder will have to Login with his e-mail id or mobile number & password. On the payment page, select 'Offers' tab & followed by Star Pass option. Enter the star pass code/s & click on 'Make Payment' tab. Pay the convenience fee & complete the payment transaction to get booking ids.
  9. The PVR ticket E Voucher codes cannot be used at Director's Cut and for Gold Class Seats & PVR IMAX.
  10. PVR Ticket E Voucher Codes issued will have a validity of 2 months from the date they are sent to the Cardholder.
  11. Cardholder will be liable to pay a convenience fees per PVR ticket booked using the E voucher code as applicable & only the cost of the ticket(s) without the convenience fees will be given free.
  12. The PVR ticket E Voucher codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer from PVR.
  13. No refund of cash will be made for any items purchased with the E Voucher Codes.
  14. The PVR Tickets are subject to availability. Neither the Bank nor PVR guarantee availability of seats under this program.
  15. The voucher codes will become invalid once the booking has been made and Cardholder will not be able to use the voucher codes again even if they cancel their tickets. PVR & Bank will not replace the unutilized and/or expired tickets.
  16. In the event Cardholder misses to enter the voucher code for availing the ticket, PVR /Bank shall, in no way, be liable for the same and will not refund the applicable ticket price.
  17. All standard terms and conditions with respect to bookings made on website www.pvrcinemas.com will be applicable.
  18. Any disputes as regards services provided by PVR under this program must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to PVR directly.
  19. Bank reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this program by another program, whether similar to this program or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  20. Ticket E voucher codes cannot be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person.
  21. In case of the voucher codes / tickets being unavailable due to any reason the Bank reserves the right to compensate the Cardholder as the Bank deems fit. The decision of the Bank in this matter will be final and binding on the Cardholder.
  22. Cardholders classified as delinquent at any time during the promotion or 30 days post the promotion will not be eligible for this program.
  23. Cardholders who cancel their card will not be eligible for the program; even if the Cardholder has reached the target spends.
  24. The Bank does not hold any warranty or make any representations of the availability, delivery, quality; merchantability or suitability of the services provided by PVR and only PVR shall be solely liable for the same.
  25. Any participation in this program is voluntary. Any person availing of this program shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  26. The decision of the Bank/PVR in all matters in connection with and incidental to this program is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  27. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi and would be governed by the laws of India.
  28. Reward points/ Cash will be credited in the next billing cycle.
  29. PVR ticket redemption is specific to PVR location city only. For customers who fall under non-PVR location city, only reward redemption option or Cash Bank option will be applicable.
