How do I pay my multiple loan outstanding?
Currently we have the facility of payment of one loan account at a time.
How will I know that the payment is made successfully?
Post every successful transaction; you will get a success message along with a valid transaction ID. If transaction ID is not received immediately after completion of transaction you are advised to check your bank account balance.
Will I receive physical receipt post online payment?
No. You will get transaction number on the screen upon successful completion of your transaction.
When can I know my payment status in my loan account?
Credit shall reflect in 4 working days.
Can I make partial payment against my outstanding?
Yes. You can make partial payments.
What if I made an excess payment for my loan account?
Refund request can be placed to our Customer Care (Toll Free Number 1800 120 9820) between Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6.30 pm and register to refund the excess amount.
