Accessing Phone Banking is easy. All you are required to do when you call us, is to enter your Customer Relationship Number followed by the '#' key. Validate it by entering your 6 digit Phone Banking PIN. This enables higher security for your transactions.
Please ensure that Phone Banking PIN is known to no one but you.
Once done successfully, you will be able to speak with our Customer Care Officer who will be glad to assist you.
If you are a first time caller, you will prompted by the system to change your Phone Banking PIN to one of your choice, after you've been successfully identified by the system. We request you to change your PIN accordingly to help ensure that your account information is not available to anyone but you.
Additionally, you have the option of changing your Phone Banking PIN directly, at your convenience, by dialing "6" on our Main Menu when you call us.
For all our customers who haven't had the opportunity to register themselves for Phone Banking, or those who've have forgotten the Phone Banking PIN allocated to them, our Customer Care Officers will be glad to assist you. You can generate Phone Banking PIN yourself on the IVR.
If you have not used your Phone Banking PIN for more than 720 days, your Phone Banking access is blocked automatically in the interest of account security. To get access to Phone Banking, you need to call us from your mobile number registered with the bank and speak to our Customer Care Officers, who will be glad to assist you.
A simple registration process lets you be in control of your account from around the world on phone through Kotak Phone Banking.
