PIN Security

Accessing Phone Banking is easy. All you are required to do when you call us, is to enter your Customer Relationship Number followed by the '#' key. Validate it by entering your 6 digit Phone Banking PIN. This enables higher security for your transactions.

Please ensure that Phone Banking PIN is known to no one but you.

Once done successfully, you will be able to speak with our Customer Care Officer who will be glad to assist you.

PIN Change

If you are a first time caller, you will prompted by the system to change your Phone Banking PIN to one of your choice, after you've been successfully identified by the system. We request you to change your PIN accordingly to help ensure that your account information is not available to anyone but you.

Additionally, you have the option of changing your Phone Banking PIN directly, at your convenience, by dialing "6" on our Main Menu when you call us.

PIN Generation / Regeneration

For all our customers who haven't had the opportunity to register themselves for Phone Banking, or those who've have forgotten the Phone Banking PIN allocated to them, our Customer Care Officers will be glad to assist you. You can generate Phone Banking PIN yourself on the IVR.

Non-usage of TPIN for more than 8 months

If you have not used your Phone Banking TPIN for more than 8 months, your Phone Banking access is blocked automatically in the interest of account security. To get access to Phone Banking, you need to call and speak to our Customer Care Officers, who will be glad to assist you.

A simple registration process lets you be in control of your account from around the world on phone through Kotak Phone Banking.

Complete CAS form

Submit it through ATM, Branch or post

  3. Request for account statements
  4. Request for EMI, Balance Transfer and Personal Loans on your credit card#

Phone Banking for Demat account holders:

  1. Get your transaction or holding details
  2. Request for a Demat transaction or holding statement

Phone Banking for Investment account holders:

  1. Get your account and transaction details
  2. Purchase / Redemption of Mutual Fund units
  3. Check the status of your purchase and redemption requests
  4. Current NAV details of your investments
  5. Request a statement of account

Phone Banking for Loan account holders:

  1. Enquire on your loan account and outstanding
  2. Request for repayment schedule or Interest Certificate
