At Kotak Mahindra Bank ATMs
For your convenience, we have installed state of the art touch screen ATMs that allow you to access your accounts 24 hours a day.
At Kotak Mahindra Bank ATMs you can Check your account balance, Withdraw cash, Deposit cash/cheques, Transfer funds between your accounts with the Bank, Print Account Snapshot showing recent transactions, Order account statements, Request for a cheque book and Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
At Merchant Establishments
Your Kotak Classic Debit Card is has acceptance at all Merchant Establishments affiliated to VISA.. You can access only your Primary Account* for transactions at Merchant Establishments.
*You can specify any account to be your Primary Account. In the absence of any instructions your first account opened with us will by default be treated as your Primary Account.
Your Card brings you a host of convenience which you can start using right away at ATM or merchant outlets. Once you use your Card with your ATM PIN, your card will be ready for use at online shopping portals. Alternatively,
- Activate your Card by calling our 24-hour Customer Contact Centre at 1800 102 6022 or
- SMS "K POSACT D" (D - Last 4 digits of your Debit Card) from your preferred mobile number registered with us to 9971056767 / 5676788 OR
- Clicking on "Banking ->Service Requests-> New Service Request -> Debit Card Activation for use at Merchant Establishments" link after logging into Net Banking.
At VISA/PLUS ATMs
You can use your Classic Debit Card at all Visa ATMs in India or abroad. Refer General Schedule of Features and Charges (GSFC).
You can enquire on the balance in your account or withdraw cash.
At other Bank ATMs, you can access upto one savings account and current account (if your Primary Account is a savings account, then the first saving account opened by you can be accessed and vice versa).
