There is no fixed monthly pension or a guaranteed pension amount under NPS. Pension Wealth will vary depending on various factors like investment duration, returns on asset classes, retirement age, etc. Monthly pension amount will depend on the annuity plan you choose at the time of retirement/exit from NPS.

Note: The ASP empanelment process is an ongoing process and the list of ASPs may change in future.

In case of pre-mature withdrawal, Subscriber needs to invest in Annuity immediately. Depending on the Annuity Plan he / she has invested in, annuity would start.

Yes. Subscriber can use 100% of accumulated pension wealth to buy annuity plan.

NPS is a retirement product with the objective to give pension to subscribers. Life insurance cover or term plan for subscriber is not available along with NPS.
