Terms and Conditions - Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

1. This offer from TravelPort is valid until 31st March 2011.
2. The e-voucher will be sent to you on your email id registered with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (“the Bank”).
3. The premium holiday voucher entitles the holder to a 2N/3D accommodation for 2 people at any of the Indian resorts or hotels listed on http://kotak.com/Kotak_BankSite/hp_pop/nri_festive2009/redeem.htm.For e-voucher redemption and detailed Terms and Conditions please visit www.kotak.com
4. Any person availing the offer shall be required to pay nominal additional charges as stated in the Terms and Conditions
5. The details of all referrals should be complete & valid in all respects. At least one phone number and email id should be provided along with each referral. The referrer's name will be quoted when we contact the referrals.
6. An individual can make upto a maximum of 15 Referrals
7. At no point of time you will provide referral of people whom you don’t know and incase there is any such issue, Bank reserve the right to take appropriate action.
8. An auto email will be sent to the referred person informing about this referral made by you.
9. Referrer's name will be quoted when we contact the referrals.
10. This program is not applicable to any geography where such programs are estricted by law.
11. Employees of Kotak Mahindra group of companies are not eligible for participating in the referral programme

14.  Each voucher code can be used only once. The e-voucher which is complimentary is not transferable to any person nor is it encashable.

18. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
19. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

Terms & Conditions - Travelport

1. The “Premium VacPac “entitles the holder to a 2N/3D accommodation for 2 people at any resorts or hotels listed herein.
2. Utility charges of Rs. 2000/- for two nights with breakfast have to be paid on confirmation of booking. The confirmation is subject to payment of the prescribed charges.
3. A minimum of 21 working days advance notice is required for confirmation. The holder should give us minimum of three unique options of destinations and dates at the time of booking request to process the booking. All room bookings are subject to availability and prior bookings.
4. TravelPort will issue a confirmation voucher and the holder is required to carry the same to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
5. The packages are not valid for certain peak periods like Diwali & Christmas holidays) and Bank Holidays.
6. The booking through the gift voucher will be accepted only at the TravelPort office in Mumbai (India) and not directly at the hotels.
7. The holiday vouchers are non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable, non-negotiable and non- transferable.
8. Hotels have the right to charge for the additional facilities like additional bed, telephones, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not mentioned in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional. Additional taxes if applicable are to be borne by the holder and have to be paid to the hotel directly.
9. The holiday voucher can be redeemed only once.
10. TravelPort reserves right to change the redemption hotels without prior notice.
11. The offer is valid till March 2011.
12. Offer is not valid for group bookings.
13. Not more than 1 gift voucher can be redeemed at a time.
14. Any disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.

How to book your Holidays

• Reservation request has to be given minimum of 21 working days in advance.
• Customer is required fill in the reservation slip as given below with 3 options of different destinations and dates and send it to TravelPort office by courier or post with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- towards utility charges including breakfast for two nights is payable in the name of TravelPort Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Proof of posting shall not be a proof of receipt of the Booking Request Form by TravelPort.
• Please remember the booking will be processed only on receipt of the payable charges and the holiday voucher. TravelPort shall not be held liable or responsible for any Booking Request Forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, late or mutilated.
• On receiving the request for reservation, TravelPort will issue a confirmation slip & will then be sent to you by Fax or courier. In the unlikely event of booking being unavailable due to certain unavoidable reason, the demand draft and original holiday voucher will be returned for future usage.
• Customer is required to call TravelPort on Toll Free No. 1800-22-24-26 (through MTNL or BSNL lines only) or 022-26748000 / 40270000 for further any queries.

Opening of NRI account refers to filling up the online application form completely with valid details and the Bank receiving correct and complete documentation as well as funds for credit to the account within 2 months of opening the account (as per prescribed banking guidelines in India) in order to activate the account. The e-voucher will then be sent to you on your registered email id with us.

The exotic holiday voucher entitles the holder to a 2N/3D accommodation for 2 people at any of the International resorts or hotels listed on http://kotak.com/Kotak_BankSite/hp_pop/nri_festive2009/redeem.htm on initial funding in the newly opened NRI Account.
