("the Bank") has entered into an arrangement with GadgetsGuru.com ("Company") for offering the Company's Products or sale at a discounted rate on the occasion of Parents' Day to all holders of valid Kotak Gold netc@rds ("Cardholders"), subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is valid upto July 31, 2010
• The Offer is valid only on those products purchased availed which are displayed as an exclusive offer for Cardholders on the Website of the Bank i.e. www.kotak.com in the "Special Offers" section under the heading "Parents' Day".
• The Offer is valid only against purchase through Kotak Gold netc@rd.
• The discount offered on the products during the Offer period are applicable only on the sale price of the products and do not apply to any charges, levy or government taxes (incase of any) which shall be solely borne by the Cardholder.
• The discount allowed on the products offered by the Company are up to the limit as specified.
• The Cardholder shall be required to give their Kotak Gold netc@rd details online, for the products purchased on http://www.gadgetsguru.com/kotak ("Microsite") linked to the Parents' Day "Special Offers" section in the Website and once the details have been entered, the same shall be deemed to have emanated from such customer.
• The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the products offered by the Company and the Cardholders hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the he/she may suffer on account of availing of the Offer or refusal by the Company to honour the offer for any reason whatsoever.
• The Bank does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the delivery or quality of the products of the Company.
• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal by the Company to honour the offer for any reason whatsoever.
• The Bank and the Company reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this Offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• Any dispute / complaint regarding the products offered by the Company must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to the Company directly and the Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• All other standard terms and conditions of the Company as mentioned on its website http://www.gadgetsguru.com shall apply.
• This Offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other existing offers/discounts offered by the Company.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
