• The discount offered during the promotion period are applicable only on the products mentioned in the Alliance Partner's website. Any charges, levy or government taxes (incase of any) shall be solely borne by the customer
• The customer shall be required to give his/her netc@rd details online, for the products availed on the website and once the details have been entered, the same shall be deemed to have emanated from such customer
• This offer cannot be combined with any ongoing offers or promotions of Landmarkonthenet.com
• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise from any refusal by the participating merchant to honor this offer for any reason whatsoever
• The Bank shall not be liable for any losses/damages arising out of transaction failure on the Alliance Partner's website due to any reason
• The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the products and services rendered by the Alliance Partner and the customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer
• The Bank and the Alliance Partner reserve the right to extend or terminate this offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever during the offer period
• The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions
