RBI Circular 
As per recent RBI circulars, the minimum amount of cheque/Demand Drafts/Bankers Cheque which can be presented through High Value clearing in various locations has been increased.
Further at some of these locations the High Value Clearing Service will also be withdrawn as per the timelines determined by RBI. For more details on the same please
