Step IYou are required to complete the Customer Relationship Form and the Account Opening Form online.
The Customer Relationship Form needs to be completely filled by each applicant as it is used to generate a Customer Relationship Number (CRN) your unique identifier for your relationship with the bank. This needs to be completed for each applicant.
The Account Opening Form will require all the account related information to enable us to identify the nature of the relationship.

Step IIOnce you completed filling up the details required in the form, you can submit the same online. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please make a note of the same.
You will be provided a link to download Part B. Kindly take a print out of the form and complete the required details. Mention the tracking number provided to you online in Part B.

Step IIIForward the completed Part B form along with the required documents and photographs at the address mentioned below.
