• Offer is valid upto January 31, 2009.
• The offer is valid on all products / services which are displayed as an exclusive offer for Cardholders on the website of the company i.e., www.fernsnpetals.com
• The discount offered on the products and services during the offer period are applicable only on the sale price of the products/services and do not apply to any charges, levy or government taxes (incase of any) which shall be solely borne by the Cardholder.
• Discount of 15% shall be given to the customer in the form of cash back. i.e., an amount equivalent to 15% of the amount involved in the purchase/ availing of Company’s products/services shall be credited to the account of the customer pertaining to the corresponding netc@rd
• Cash back shall be given to the customer on or before 30th/31st of a month for the purchases done on or before -- of that particular month and any purchase done after that shall be given to the customer on or before – of next month.
• A customer can do any number of transactions required there being no upper limit on the amount of cash back that can received by a customer
• Discount is available on all products except Jewellery , International deliveries Perfumes and Balloons Categories
• The Cardholder shall be required to give netc@rd details online for the products purchased/services availed on the website and once the details have been entered, the same shall be deemed to have emanated from such customer.
• The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Company, its agents or representatives or for any loss whatsoever of any nature and the netc@rd holder hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he may suffer on account of the offer.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any losses/damages arising out of transaction failure due to any reason.
• The Bank does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the delivery or quality of the services of the Company.
• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal by the Company to honour the offer for any reason whatsoever.
• The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• Any dispute / complaint regarding the services offered by Company, its agents or representatives must be addressed by the Cardholder in writing to Company directly and the Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be settled by arbitration to be held in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Bank. Venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai and subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
• This arrangement is being offered by the Company only and the Bank is in turn only enabling its cardholder to purchase/avail products and services at discounted rate, and thereby cannot be availed in conjunction with any other existing offers/discounts.
